What days are my meals delivered?

How do I receive my meals?
Besides home deliveries on Sunday for 8.95 (in our delivery areas only), we have over 40 pickup refrigerators at Crossfit gyms in Middle Tennessee where you can pickup your meals for free! We’ve been working with the Crossfit gym owners for well over a decade and all of the gym communities are warm and welcoming and you don’t have to be a member to pickup your PaleoWorks Meals. Pickups at the gyms will be during Class times only (Crossfit boxes are not open all day long like, say, a Gold’s or the Y). There is a link to the gym schedule available when you select your gym pickup so you can plan your pickup time. Meals are in a commercial refrigerator, so they are safe till you pick them up. If you don’t make it on Monday, you can pickup any other day during class times.

While our delivery day is Sunday, we do have a route through Franklin down to Spring Hill that runs on Saturday afternoon/evening due to the volume of our Franklin route. If you are having your meals delivered to your residence, our drivers will send a text with an expected delivery window so you know when your meals will arrive. Then they will text when they leave your meals on your porch or in your designated area. We deliver your meals in paper grocery bags and they will not be in a cold bag. So if someone will not be there to receive the meals please leave a cooler out for the driver to place your meals in.

How do I heat my meals?

What is the date on the label?
The date on the container label is the Monday of the week of delivery to allow you to make sure you are eating meals from the current week.

How long do the meals last?
We build a menu to last thru the week after delivery. We always advise to take a look at the meals as though you had just prepped them and decide which meals you would eat towards the first of the week

Are your meals delivered fresh or frozen?
We deliver fresh!

Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, meal containers are freezer-safe. However, we don’t design the menu for freezing, so some of the sides will suffer from freezing and thawing, proteins will do fine. If you know you will need to freeze some meals we recommend choosing meals with durable sides like sweet potatoes, any mashes, harder veg like broccoli, etc. Soups freeze great, chicken salad… not so much!
We do not recommend freezing for long periods as the containers are not airtight and the meals will eventually freezer burn.
